On June 15th 2018 I booked a Hotel under reservation H2018-53244 for which u$s 1136.97 were charged to my Mastercard. Suddenly, on November 29th 2018 I received a mail informing me of the cancellation of the booking. Following my inquiry I received several mails (attached) saying the Reservation could not be confirmed by Hotelsclick and that I would receive instructions to get a refund. Until now, I havent received anything. I need and expect (at least!!) a full refund of my payment.
