Cancelled order but still charged
Hi my name is Yoon Maung and I had ordered on November 26 to pickup on November 27, but I cancelled the order on November 26. However after I was charged, I received the money back this morning, but El Pollo Loco charged me again today. I already received the cancellation email and I don't understand why I was charged for it. If so, when will I get my money back?
