I placed an important order that they canceled without notifying me. When I called to find out details they made up lies and said I called the next day to place a hold on the item and then cancel it. I never contacted them. This is the reason why they are loosing their business to amazon. Treating your customer indifferently and make up lies when you make mistakes. Just terrible. I don’t think I will ordering from them again. I will be going to their competitors who care about their costumers. If you need an order, if it’s important then don’t use this company. They are not reliable.
