Cancelled in error and no one will help!!

I was sent an email today from Lifelock telling me that my account was cancelled. I called and spent over 2 hours on the phone with an idiot in the Philippines telling me that I didn't pass the validation test. I've been a member for over 10 years and only have one account. They charged my CC $178 for a whole year and now they say I have no account??!! I've never experienced such horrible customer service. Ever since they partnered with Norton they have become completely horrible with customer service!! User's recommendation: NO!!!!!!
