No option for customer service. Pressed 0 to see if I could get an operator but it was the cruise reservation desk recording that said they were closed for the holiday. Its March 24th and I dont know of any American holiday that falls on March 24th. Trying to get these cards reactivated as been a major run around. First time I called Holland America about it they told me to call my credit card company and then it was pass the buck from them to here and there and on and on. Back to National Gift Card and they Holland America needs to handle the reactivating process. Ive spent close to three hours trying to get my stolen money (that is what it is to me) 3-$25.00 ($75.00 total) Best Western gift cards reactivated. User's recommendation: Do not buy any “special offers” for another cruise while you are on a cruise with them. They talked me in to buying $100 worth of future cruise credit for $75.
