Cancelled for no reason

Out of the blue, I get an email from Maven informing me that they are cancelling my account. I had been signed up for over 6 months with everything verified and ok'd. I have an excellent driving record. I contacted them by email and asked for an explanation. Received the most curt, cold, uninformative response. Tracked down a phone number for them and called. The guy was nice and said that my account was closed because I didn't send them pictures of both sides of my drivers license. I did what he said and then received another curt and vague email back basically stating that my account was closed permanently. I'm done. To heck with Maven. What a messed up company.
