Dear Sir / Madame: Greetings! We would like to ask for the criteria of scheduling the flights since some etihad flights are prioritized before our flight # 435 bound to Abu dhabi. We supposed to fly yesterday , August 17,2018 at 19:10Hr , however it was cancelled due to the disabled aircraft causing them to close the runway. Today that the operation in NAIA Terminal 1 resumed, It comes into my attention that some Etihad flights which is scheduled yesterday and today already have their flight rebooked and confirmed but we dont even receive any feedback for our Flight #435 since yesterday eventhough we gave our contact details to the crews. It is so unfair to our part of not prioritizing those cancelled flights like ours which supposed to fly ahead. Additionally, the crews are not acommodating and disorganized . They should give us any update regardless it is cancelled or not, not going back and forth to the terminal spending time, money and effort. Me and my wife are not able to go for our work in Abu Dhabi for already 2 days as well as our son is alone there tomorrow. He is still 5 years old. The one who took care of him while we are here in the Philippines also have some appointment today and tomorrow which is really a problem to us. We are here in the Philippines for only a week due to the wake and burial of my father and we have many appointments and responsibilities as we go back to Abu Dhabu and my son is waiting for us.I am hoping that if there are any slots for the earliest flight tonight or tomorrow, your airline can rebook us ahead and give us an update.
