Very disappointed. My flight got cancelled because of your own mistakes. I came on time, i paid my things but there was a little problem with my visa but it was fixed, so by the time your agents were checking the updated detail, he already cancelled. Then he got the details tells me to come back after two days with 140$? This is not right, i usually enjoy your services but today I was very angry and very disappointed.
