Cancelled all apptointmets and no notification

Booked.my appt a MONTH in advance. Got a reminder yesterday about the appt and to arrive 10 mins early. I get there 20 mins early and no sign of the Vetco. I asked lady at register, she says "oh they cancelled today"! What no call no text nothing... SMH.NOW if I want to schedule another appt I have to wait a MONTH and 2 days for next appt. Wow. what a *** service.
