Cancellation Process a Ripoff

Original review updated by user Apr 10, 2021 Beware of this company! The classes they offer are sub-par, based on the ones I tried to watch but got annoyed with quickly. You're better off to just search YouTube and not have to pay anything. I tried to cancel prior to my free trial ending but, I swear, they must hide it on purpose. Even their HELP is no help. All I could find was a way to cancel the auto-renewal, which I hope will work as promised. That left me being charged for a year of membership by the time I received a reply from a customer rep. Supposedly, their policy is so rigid that they can't possibly consider treating people fairly, even when the problem was generated from their end! . User's recommendation: Do NOT buy a membership!
