I purchased a vehicle in 2017 and a 4 year extended service policy. After 3 years, I cancelled the policy. I sent in the required paper work from the dealership but they didnt respond. I even sent autonation a letter to their corporate office to no avail. This policy is now into its 4th year and my refund should be around $600 dollars.
