I have received a letter from you regarding the cancellation of flights. As per your letter I have to complete the travel before June 2021 by using your voucher. I am in a difficult situation. My annual leave is starting from 18th June 2020. When I approached my employer to cancel my annual leave they refused to do so. I won't get another annual leave before 30th June 2021. Therefore, I request you to either refund my money or give me a voucher which has no expiry date. For this matter I have contacted Fly World, Melbourne from where I have taken the tickets.
