Cancellation of Contract

Hello, After a very unpleasant experience with customer service, I am still awaiting a phone call back from the supervisor. My contract is ending on 06/27/2020 and I would like to cancel. I understand that a 30 day notice is required, however, the company should also understand , that after a 3 year contract it is hard to keep track for a consumer for those specific dates along with all the current events. I would like to cancel my services, however, your company is not trying to work with me, because I would only have 15 days advancement to cancel, rather than 30. For the entire life of my contract, I never was late on a payment. The fact that your company is unwilling to grant me my cancellation and wanting penalty fee of over $500,00 is simply unacceptable. I am, therefore, requesting for a supervisor to review my cancellation request and get back to me within the next 24 hours. After having a bad customer experience with one of your representatives on 06/13/2020, I no longer wish to stay in business with your organization. Kindly review my concerns and provide me with further steps on cancellation, most importantly addressing your cancellation penalties fees, considering,I am as a consumer trying to do the right thing, by cancelling before the contract expires/renews. User's recommendation: No automatic renewal after completion of contract. Business average does not automatically renew after initial 36 months.
