I have been trying to cancel a car hire booked for August, Tenerife South es53074**** I am unable to access the website plus the car hire company at Tenerife tell me I have to contact the broker, which is you. Please cancel this hire and refund Thankyou David Hinks User's recommendation: Easy jet are making it nearly impossible to cancel a car hire booking , the web site portal just refuses to appear, the car hire company say they cannot cancel, I have now got my credit card on the case.
