I called to cancel my daughters trip because of an unfortunate event. They took me for a ride. I expected to loose the 95 dollars and I ended up loosing 226 dollars more. They don't tell the teachers the reality of the fees. The teachers are the ones doing the presentations. They need to get someone from the tour company to do it. They teachers are used as escape goats from the misrepresentation. Don't book trips with company. Use the money to go on a family vacation. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. At least make aware. And also with the consumer complaints commission
