Update by user Apr 22, 2020 received a full refund....I am satisfied now Original review posted by user Mar 23, 2020 Corona virus is impacting America...everyone is trying to do their part by helping to reduce the strain on each other...airlines, hotels and others doing away with cancellation fees...banks extending payment terms...but Sixt keeps theirs.
