Cancellation fee – more than 2 months to answer

Hello, I am a Client of Zankyou and I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided and the poor professionalism presented by the employees of Brazil. In December I requested Mr Marlon to terminate the contract since I was getting an average of one email per week, which is less than what I get from zankyou's competitors that do not charge anything for the advertisement. As a paying customer and a former user of Zankyou (when I was a bride) it is very disappointing to see such little visibility given to my company. From the numbers shown when I purchased the advertisement package I expected much more than one email per week. In February after escalating this issue and asking your employees if I had to sue zankyou in order to get any type of information, Mrs/Ms. Carol intervened and partially gave me the cancelation fee numbers, however, instead of computing from December when I asked the cancelation, the calculations made were from February (2 months after my request). Then Mrs/Ms. Carol ensured me that I would get a response from zankyou yesterday regarding the cancellation month (whether February or December), which did not occur. I am trying my best to avoid going to court, but to be honest, yesterday I just gave up on zankyou, it is just not a professional website as I expected it to be and surely does not treat its customers the way it should.
