Cancellation fee at end of billing cycle. No contract was issued Ever.
When I called WM at the end of my billing cycle to cancel service, I was told I would be charged 75 dollars to pick up the can. I have 6 properties and discontinued service at each. I nerve saw or signed any contract with WM and refused to pay. My name has been sent to a collection agency where I receive calls on a daily basis. I will not pay this company for something I never agreed to.
