Cancellation failures

The last two months I have cancelled my membership online. It says it is successful and wait for the email. The email never comes and the membership is never cancelled. Also when the 800.651.6000 number is called there is a boring and long info that is given along with no way of cancelling. This is absurd. Please cancel my membership ASAP. I am tired of continually trying to get this done. My username is DCONQUEST1. Thanks in advance for your help Doug Conquest
