Cancellation difficulty

Extremely difficulty to cancel, no online ability to cancel-they just keep charging the credit card. Some made-up story about how they cancel online due to "robot security." I can cancel Uber, TollRoads, etc, online but not this service? Its a scam to preserve revenue...
