Canceling an order for refund

Never got my refund for an order I never received. Wasn't given any number to call to find out how to get said refund. I tried Google to find someone to talk to about the situation with no luck. So as it stands I'm out however much the order costs as the actual amount escapes me but no more than 15 bucks I'm sure.
