I needed my credit score but don't need the service and I know that I can get it free once a year, thusly I take advantage of this option, but this company says I didn't cancel when I know I did, and because I know I did I didn't check the site and I didn't know about their NO REFUND policy so I am screwed out the the $39.90 that as I live on Disability I certainly don't have $39.90 to spare. So, I cancelled again and had to listen for 5 minutes to the salesman trying to talk me into keeping the service and getting highly annoyed as I told him 5 times to stop, I don't want anything of this program until I came thisclose to yelling at him to stop. I am screwed out of this $39.90 then I find out this company has a habit of doing this. Beware!
