Canceled Reservation

I booked then canceled within 5 - 6 hours... found a much better place and better price on Travelocity... MInd you I have been a great customer to Booking.com &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Priceline for years!!! Well I have sent all the proof my reservation was canceled but still $170.00 was withdrawn from my account. This is total crap I am so disgusted that I am having such a hard time getting back what is mine. Be a real LONG time before I do any business with Booking nor Priceline. BTW I want my REFUND PERIOD
