The other day I called in to order a guitar and case. The salesman I talked to was friendly and helpful. Later I received an e-mail telling me that my order was canceled because they couldn't confirm my ID. I ordered from my home phone using my banks debit card.style=" As a first time customer, I would have expected better service. The woman I talked to did not even try to help get my order processed. This must be the new business model, to turn away new customers. Very bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone. User's recommendation: Go elsewhere.
