Canceled my order without telling me

My issue is as old as this world. Or as the story of online shopping. The items I ordered were out of stock, even though I believe they were at the moment of ordering. So knowing this they just canceled my order without my permission. Very nice. I thought that if the situation like this occurs, the first thing they should do is ask me whether I agree to cancel or not. Maybe I will want to wait until the items are in stock again and you are able to resend them. But no. You just do your job without interacting with clients. Shame on you. Zavvi team, look into the matter and think of it. I hope it was useful.
