I was a member for years. I canceled my membership and didn't notice till now that they kept charging me and didn't cancel. I went through the whole process online to cancel and denied using my rewards points and the free month. I know I canceled! Sitting on hold now but I've had issues with their billing before where they double charged me for several months and then treated me like I was trying to cheat them when I tried to get a refund of the duplicate charge! WW get your act together. I will never ever give them my credit card information again! User's recommendation: Be diligent on checking your account if you give them your credit card information.
