Canceled after 7 day and they’re chargeing me. refused to transfer me to escalation

canceled after 7 days and they're charging me 88.84. refused to transfer me to the escalation department and would transfer to a manager. User's recommendation: please do not go with Cox bad service and connection as will. I would give them 0 if I could.
