I have been trying to cancel for two weeks. No one returns my calls. Including the sales rep that sold me the policy. Gave me wrong customer service number. I finally found it and left messages and emailed and they still took my money out. They never sent a insurance card or information book. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am on a fixed income and am out $250.
