Cancel your contract WAYYY in advance!
Been using FP mailing solutions for 8 years. The contract auto - renews every year. Well, they want 90 days advance notice. This is the digital age, and all of our mailing have been changed over to email. So, I call to cancel. I was calling at 75 days before renewal. The guy I talked too just tells me that I have to pay for the entire year. What a tool. Treated me like I was the jerk for asking that the contract be cancelled. He was not willing to waver from that at all. I was very nice and just said, that was not acceptable and not reasonable. So instead of paying about $180 to finish out our contract their customer service tells me I have to pay about $750. How's that for a "Thank You for being so loyal!"
