Cancel trial membership

Cannot cancel my trial membership. Never could access the service. Have called at lease four different phone numbers and get message office closed,however,their message is we strive for 5 star service..how about NO service. Sent e-mail requesting cancellation day before my trial ended but they took the $69.60 today!! I need help. User's recommendation: NEVER . NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS A SCAM.
