I called less than an hour ago to set up a reservation. Was under the impression that i was calling the hotel directly. When making the reservation i was charged 273.84 right away. When i called to cancel my reservation they stated that it was nonrefundable because it was after 03/24/21. I am highly unsatisfied that they would charge my card right away without even stating that they were a third party organization and am demanding a refund. Thanks User's recommendation: Don't go through this company.
