The parts have been on backorder (not your fault!) for over a month. We sold the scooter as is and bought my son another bike that he can actually drive! Please refund my credit card and email the receipt. Thank you! Rachelle PS: Not Pissed Consumer!! User's recommendation: I didn't get to form an opinion, I didn't receive the parts. I cannot get through on the phone and I can't seem to get to the actual place to send an email. I thought this was it!!
