Cancel My Ticket Purchase

Back in 2020 I purchased Tickets for the Leo Sayer Concert at the Picturedrome Holmfirth West Yorkshire, UK. Due to COVID 19 the Concert was cancelled until 4th November 2021and my tickets where replaced. However I recently recieved a notice that the concert hasd been rescheduled yet again to 8th October 2022. These tickets where purchased via ticketline not ticketmaster. Due to difficulty loggin on I mistakingly went onto your website and purchased two tickets which I don't want and I have already purchased via ticketline. I would like a refund please the value of the two tickets of £68.70 via Paypal. No matter how I try I cannot log on to your site, I thought Ticketmaster was the same as Ticketline. I hope you can sort it out for me User's recommendation: The email address that you sent a message to on my behalf, I recieved an automated email stating that address was no monitered. They stated to contact them via email or phone at certain timee Eastern Seaboard Time but no details given. I have since contacted Paypal and at that time the payment was still pending, howevever the payment has now gone through and Paypal have opened a dispute with Ticketmaster. I have since found a section on Ticketmasters Website which allows you to send a message and I have recieved a reply stating due to the volume of enquiries etc they are reciving it could take longer than normal to deal with. Thast is the status, I think the biggest poroblem here is lack of person to person contact as thier UK phoner number which is still being displayed is obsolete, thank you for your enquiry!
