Cancel my Protection Plan – waiting for a refund since 10-19-20

I cancelled my furniture protection plan 10-19-20, I have to called like 40 times and I get transfer, or they tell me will email, but nothing, I am getting the passing the buck between GBS and Ashley Furniture, about my refund. I have to explain my problem to many employees, I have names, dates and times that I have called, I spoke to them in English and Spanish . User's recommendation: Do not Buy Protection Plan, they do not Complied.
