Cancel Backorder/Charges against my CC/Bank

I made an online order with this company back in June, part of the order has been on back order since June. Every month they put a hold for the full amount of the order on my CC/bank account. I contacted them in August and told them to stop putting hold on my funds as I don't owe them and to just cancel my back order as I no longer want it. They continue to put a hold on my funds every month and still have not cancelled the back order portion of my order. I have called, emailed, contacted via messenger on Facebook and still have not gotten them to stop. I never gave them permission to store my CC information on their website or in their system. User's recommendation: I would NOT recommend this company.
