Can you please send me a new fan

Fan motor smoked and stopped working it smelled really bad so I threw it out I bought the fan 3 weeks ago in Arizona and Dollar General here in Las Vegas refused to replace the fan since it was bought in a different state the fan was the big round fan and it cost 28 dollars plus tax at the Dollar General in Golden Valley, Arizona.
