Hello, my name is Rebecca Teri-savage. I'm a long time customer of Charter Spectrum. My address is 39 N Brook St, Hampton, CT 06247. Due to the hardship caused by the economic impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, and the resulting National Emergency declared by the Federal Government, I am asking you to assist me in this matter: I am requesting payment relief. Specifically, I would like to workout an arrangement for next months payment. I would also request that this payment arrangement not affect my credit score. I have been out of work.for almost 2 months now. I have 2 horses and 2 dogs to take care of and feed. I also have a mortgage and many other bills that just keep piling up! Are there any options available for a loyal customer to maintain good standing while working through the complex and unprecedented economic situation happening at this time?
