Your employee was of no help... I am quite computer illiterate and all he kept saying was to read info here and there but when youre not computer Savy you need to be hand held, he didnt know how to instruct me verbally just go to here and here and here, etc. and follow the directions worthless...I played in Tom Tom for a good three hours and what used to be an easy update is no longer easy User's recommendation: Buy another brand/ Tom Tom is no longer user friendly.
