Can’t sign into my account after more then 10 years of use

I am not allowed to sign into my account because of the 2FA problems .. my 2FA account was connected to an old number and I even tried to swap the numbers and it still isnt working , and I have no way of getting any Authy codes to sign into my account . And Im starting my to get really irritated because I pay for twitch prime and cant use it
