App is broken. Have to use 2 devices to program lock. One for the code, another for the time. It took me a long time to get this work around from support. Engineering is taking a long time to fix it. Both used to work on iPhone. User's recommendation: Check for app repair prior to purchase. Otherwise can be very frustrating.
