Can’t reach their customer service on their number

Very poor and frustrating service. They provide online service which does not work for cancellation of tickets. Their phone number does not even go through, if it goes through you are put on hold for hours until it cuts you off. Worst services ever. I need to cancel my booking and get my refund. User's recommendation: Never ever use this service at all.
