Can’t get my MySubaru login to work

I am at Flemington Subaru right now getting them to work on my speaker now. When I complained they disconnected it. Then mechanic came out to show me how to navigate changing settings for different speakers. He did a great job teaching an going over the other components with me! I will wait to see if passenger speaker makes anymore crackling noise.
