Can’t get my bed order shipped

I placed an order for my bed on July 6th. It arrived damaged and I had to place a replacement order. It finally arrived on Friday, August1st. My husband opened the boxes to assemble the bed. It is missing the foot board rail. I have called and left an email message on Saturday. It is now Monday at 12:00 pm and I have not received a call from the company. I tried to call the company and there is no answer. What do we have to do to get this company to ship the foot board to our bed?
