Can’t find Tickets purchased

I purchased tickets to the Carolina panthers and saints game and the tickets was delivered but I cant find my tickets it saying I have no events in neither one of my accounts. How do I get my tickets? They are a birthday gift to someone and I cnt even deliver them Im time. Where are my tickets?
