Update by user Mar 19, 2020 I am back on the another call and this time Amy answered and I asked her for a phone number that I should be calling and she gave me that number. I am on hold again and it's been an hour and 14 mins and 41 seconds. Original review posted by user Mar 19, 2020 I have been on the phone all day trying to reach hot wire to cancel a reservation. I had called them literally 5x and once I get a representative she said she cannot help me, and she needs to transfer me to a different department I am on hold for hours and then the call gets disconnected and then I am back calling again. This is crazy that is why the wait time is crazy because I am calling back 5x on the same issue. I just do not want any penalty since I am only canceling do to this covid-19. ***
