Can not pick up one item at a time bending down to crates due to being disabled

I had to pick up every item from trays one at a time and no longer can manage this shopping service. I had not got the capacity today to even wheel my wheelchair to front door that I normally do and I put my shopping onto it with bags prepared on handles. Today I asked driver if he could wheel it through to my kitchen all one level flooring ground floor disabled flat and he said yes. After picking up one item at a time to put on my benches it was was clear to the driver that I was struggling but he offered no help and I only asked when it came to the 2nd tray as it was impossibly for me to bend. He held the tray up in his hands as I took an item at a time throwing them where ever I could. On the last tray i scooped all the shopping on top of each other and I asked him if he could could put it on the space I provided so he didnt have to take any weight. In that Tray was 9 toilet rolls and very little else. My point is that I do not expect the driver to unload all my shopping but at least offer when seeing a disabled 71 year old woman struggling. So if it is your policy that a driver must not pick up products or help a customer. I have decided never to book online from Tesco again after a long time being with you. Advice to your top management those who make it to the top are there because the people at the bottom are holding the ladder up. meaning the customers . I know about the no bag policy but at least then you could consider using paper bags for disabled people who clearly can not manage to go out shopping and can not bend down to floor level picking up a product at a time. I have had some nice drivers who have helped me unload to my wheel chair but they are rare. I have just been deducted £47 from my account from Tesco for ongoing delivery payment. I only get state pension so would appreciate a refund . Yours Sincerely, marion Tsangarides
