edit: finally after many tries to emails BECAUSE MOST ARE NO-REPLY i manage to find a representative to unblock my account & change the Phone Number, due to send me in the OLD number that i have no access any more! can not login due to change number! asks ONLY access via Phone Number One Time Password via my OLD phone number which can not have any access to this number any more, so i can not receive the OTP code! unfortunately the bad is can not log in to CHAT with a representative of amazon.de & i am desperate! i try via EMAIL One Time Password. asks me my date & month of existing card but after all proccedure ASKS me again OTP code in OLD phone number. inacceptablec! only inconvenience i can not find any EMAIL contact of amazon.de (german) in whole INTERNET not good lose time only for nothing
