Can not get to account in timely manor

I have had this account for almost a year and a half. I have to enter my username and password to be sent to a screen to have them send me a code to access my account, every single time. Sure I can see my balance, but to see what cleared, to move money, to do anything else I am not trusted enough to access the account. The only time this is not an issue is when I am home and have access to email.
