I have never been more DISSATISFIED with my purchases than I am with Jared!! What a frustrating experience!! I have spent over 12,000 dollars there over 5 years and STILL have yet to see my LEVIAN CERTIFICATES!! I have expressed my frustration to SEVERAL so called managers and although they PROMISE me they will take care of me I STILL have yet to receive my paperwork!! JARED if this is the way you treat a VERY loyal customer - GOODBYE!! User's recommendation: Follow through on promises!!!!!!
