Can not get hold of anyone at customer care service. [protected]

I have called the Customer Care Service and can not get hold of anyone. I have issues with my esso-extra-b120378">esso extra card. Shows that my card is registered but I can not get the email address /password to work. Customer care service phone number([protected]) is NO help as nobody answers. It just gives you recordings and then hangs up on you. 😡 My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com.
